Vegetarians sometimes think that they have fewer varieties of pizza. But it is not true. I have already posted few veg varieties of pizza and today’s recipe will increase that list. This pizza is prepared with cauliflower which is very healthy and cheese to give a cheesy touch.

  • 2⁄3 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 heads Cauliflower cut into florets
  • Freshly ground black pepper for seasoning
  • Kosher salt for seasoning
  • ½ cup Black olive sliced
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella divided
  • 2⁄3 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano divided
  • 2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes divided
  • Fresh parsley for garnishing
  1. Firstly preheat the oven to 350° F or 175° C.

  2. Now take a bowl and add cauliflower.

  3. Then add Marinara Sauce and combine it very well until fully coated.

  4. Now season it with salt and pepper.

  5. Take a baking dish and place half the cauliflower and top it with half of the mozzarella, half of the parmesan and olives.

  6. Lastly, sprinkle with oregano and pepper flakes.

  7. Now add rest of the cauliflower to the baking dish and repeat the topping.

  8. Bake the cauliflower for 30 minutes until it turns tender and cheese is bubbly.

  9. Once it is done, let it cool.

  1. Garnish it with parsley and remaining parmesan and have a slice.

  1. So you have noticed, the pizza dough is missing. The base has been created by lovely cauliflower florets and really it turned yum. The cheese is melting and bubbly and I’m sure even non-veg lovers will also love it. If you don’t have pizza dough, it’s a great substitute; right?
