Veg Club Sandwich

So this veg club sandwich can be your choice. It’s a big fat sandwich prepared with veg stuffing and of course eggless mayo to give a creamy delicate flavor.

- 1 Medium garlic chopped
- ¾ cup Bell peppers julienned
- 1 cup Cabbage julienned
- ½ teaspoon Pepper crushed
- 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1 Medium carrot julienned
- 1 Medium onion thinly sliced
- 1 Medium tomato
- 4 to 8 Lettuce leaf
- 1 Boiled potato sliced
- Black pepper powder for seasoning
- Salt for seasoning
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 6 slice Bread

Rinse the lettuce under the water; drain and set it aside.

Now toast the bread until it turns crisp and set it aside.

In a pan heat oil.

Add the boiled potato slices and fry it until it is crisp on both the sides.

Then sprinkle some salt and keep it aside.

Now in that same pan add garlic and sauté it for a minute.

Add all the veggies in it, except tomato and stir it for 4 minutes or until the veggies turn tender.

Season it with salt and pepper and switch off the flame.

Firstly spread mayonnaise on all the slices on one side.

Now place lettuce on one side, then the fried potatoes and tomatoes.

On the second slice place, the lettuce, and the stir-fried veggies.

Then cover the filling with the mayonnaise side down.

Now with a toothpick secure the sandwich and cut it into halves or quarters.

Once done, your club veg sandwich is ready to serve.
