Pudding is something which is the perfect way to finish off the meal. It is a decadent dessert which is served in Individual pots providing a comforting, classy indulgence. Especially kids love this dish a lot. As it is full of sweetness, which will turn heads at any dinner table. It is a traditional pudding recipe in my home.

Pudding is something which is the perfect way to finish off the meal. It is a decadent dessert which is served in Individual pots providing a comforting, classy indulgence. Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Egg yolks slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1⁄3 cup Sugar
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, over medium heat add sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

  2. Then gradually add the milk and stir it constantly until mixture becomes thick and boiled.

  3. Now gradually stir ½ of the hot mixture into the egg yolk.

  4. Then stir back the egg yolk mixture into the saucepan.

  5. Now boil it for 1 minute.

  6. Once it is done, remove from heat and add in the vanilla and butter and give a good stir.

  7. Pour this pudding into a dessert bowl.

  8. Then cover it and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour or until it is chilled.

SERVE
  1. The pudding is ready. Take out from the refrigerator before serving.
