If you are getting late to the office and you need something quick yet tasty for breakfast then this toasted sourdough is ideal for you. Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Sourdough
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat a cast iron grill pan over high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes.

  2. Now cut the Sourdough bread into thick slices and drizzle both sides with olive oil.

  3. Then put the sourdough bread slices on the grill pressing down gently so that they pick up nice even grill mark.

  4. Now grill them until crispy and toasted for about 45 seconds per side.

SERVE
  1. When it is done, take out from the grill and place it on the plate and serve. If you want you can also add a perfect flavor to this dish.

  1. It’s a great little breakfast for all. You can add mushroom and chorizo on the toasted sourdough or hard boiled eggs and parmesan to fill your appetite and also to start off your day with a healthy kick.
