During my hotel management classes, I went to J W Marriott for my culinary seminar. There I came across this recipe from a renowned Italian chef and I fell in love. It is so easy to prepare and no baking is required. It’s a classy frozen dessert which looks so cute and makes a perfect dessert for any parties; indoor or out.

Ingredients
  • 9 oz (250 gram) Mascarpone cheese
  • 14 Italian ladyfinger biscuits
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 7 fl oz (200 ml) Condensed milk
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime zest
  • 3 tablespoon Black coffee
  • Grated chocolate as required
Instructions
FOR MAKING THE TIRAMISU FILLING
  1. In a bowl mix mascarpone cheese, cream, condensed milk, lemon zest and lemon juice together.

  2. Dip the biscuits in coffee and put them on a serving platter.

FOR THE TIRAMISU
  1. Now pour the prepared filling over the biscuits and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top of it.

  2. Similarly repeat the layer again over it.

  3. Now garnish with grated chocolate and refrigerate it for 2 hours.

SERVE
  1. Serve it when it is set.
