Burgers are everyone’s hot favorite. To me, exploring varieties of burgers gives me joy and satisfaction. Yesterday I tried out this variety which turned out to be as cheesy as its name. And today, it’s time to feed this burger to my boyfriend who is a burger maniac.

Burgers are everyone’s hot favorite. To me, exploring varieties of burgers gives me joy and satisfaction. Yesterday I tried out this variety which turned out to be as cheesy as its name. And today, it’s time to feed this burger to my boyfriend who is a burger maniac.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb (450 gram) Freshly ground beef
  • 4 Brioche rolls
  • Salt for seasoning
  • Freshly ground pepper for seasoning
  • 8 Pancetta thin slices
  • 4 oz (115 gram) Taleggio cheese sliced
  • 1 Head bibb lettuce
  • 1 Beefsteak tomato sliced
FOR ONION MUSTARD DIP
  • 3 Medium onions julienned
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ cup Champagne vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • ¼ cup Chicken stock
  • 2 cups Water
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 350° F or 175° C.

  2. Now take the ground beef and form it into 4 patties, about ¾ inch thick.

  3. After that refrigerate it until they are ready to grill.

FOR MAKING THE DIP
  1. In a saucepan add 2 cups water, mustard seed, vinegar, honey and salt and combine it very well.

  2. Then bring it to simmer and cook it over medium-high heat until it turns creamy.

  3. Now in a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

  4. Add the onions and stir it occasionally until it becomes caramelized, for about 20 minutes.

  5. Now add the Chicken Stock and cook until the skillet turns dry, for about 3 minutes.

  6. Then add this onion to the dip mixture and combine it well.

  7. Once done, the dip is ready.

  8. Now lay the pancetta on the baking sheet and bake it for 15 minutes until it turns golden and crispy.

  9. Then preheat the grill to high heat.

  10. Take the burgers and season it with salt and pepper and grill it at medium heat, 4 minutes per sides.

  11. Toast the burger on the grill and place 1 oz (28.5 gram) of cheese on top of each burger.

  12. Now close the lid until the cheese melts, for about 30 seconds.

  13. Place the burger on the Buns and top each with the onion mustard dip and with 2 slices of pancetta.

SERVE
  1. Once done, garnish with tomatoes and lettuce and give a big bite.

  1. It’s a spicy burger recipe which is very yummy and has a big fat stuffing. After having a single burger I bet, you will not require the second burger to fill your appetite. So, if you are planning for any long drive with your soulmate, then prepare this and carry with you along with a can of coke.
