Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 ¼ cup Water
  • ¾ cup Lemon juice
  • ¾ cup Orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange peel grated
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon peel grated
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Lemon slices for serving
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, bring 1 ¼ cup water and sugar to boil and simmer it for 10 minutes.

  2. Then switch off the flame and let it cool.

  3. Now take a pitcher, add the sugar mixture, lemon juice and the orange juice and the peels of lemon and orange.

  4. Then cover the lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

SERVE
  1. Before serving, stir in the remaining water over ice and garnish it with lemon slices.
