Ingredients
  • 1 quart Hulled strawberries
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, process strawberries until coarsely chopped.

  2. Now transfer it to a large skillet and stir in sugar and lemon juice.

  3. Cook it over medium-high heat stirring it frequently until jam is thickened and bubbles completely.

  4. Then cover with a lid for 9 to 10 minutes.

  5. Now transfer the jam to a jar and let it cool at room temperature.

SERVE
  1. The strawberry jam is ready to serve. You can also seal the jar and refrigerate up to 10 days.
