Ingredients
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 lb (450 gram) Strawberries
  • 2⁄3 cup Sugar
Instructions
  1. Wash and trim the strawberries.

  2. Then cut them into ¼ inch slices.

  3. Now place half of the sliced strawberries in a blender and make a puree.

  4. Keep aside both sliced and pureed strawberries.

  5. Now in a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream milk and sugar.

  6. Stir it well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  7. Now remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a large bowl.

  8. Then add the strawberries puree to it and mix it well.

  9. Cover it with a plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until completely cool.

  10. While the cream mixture is chilling, dice the sliced strawberries into smaller pieces so that it mixes into the ice cream.

  11. Now take out the mixture from the refrigerator and put it into an ice cream mixture and process, it according to manufacturer’s instruction.

  12. When the process is going to end, stir in the diced strawberries.

  13. Now transfer the ice cream from the ice cream maker to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 more hours.

SERVE
  1. The frozen strawberry ice cream is ready to be served.
