Basically, most of us avoid preparing or don’t know to prepare sourdough. Thankfully I’m lucky as I know to prepare the sourdough since it has been passed down from my baking foremothers. It is very easy to prepare at home, just need some patience and good hand skill. I think making at home is the best way to eat healthily. Sourdough making is as much art as science.

- 1 ½ cup Water
- 2 1⁄3 cup Fresh sourdough starter
- 3 1⁄3 cup Flour
- Scant tablespoon of Salt
In a bowl, mix the Sourdough Started, flour and the salt together.
Then add 1 cup water or more if needed, to make a moist dough.
Now knead the dough until it stretches between four fingers, thin enough to allow light to pass through.
Then split the dough in half and shape each half into the desired shape.
Your dough is ready. Now if you want to have a loaf, then bake it at the temperature depending on loaf size. Once done, cool it before slicing and have it. You will get a light and fluffy bread just like mine.
