Ingredients
  • 1.5 fl oz (50 ml) Groundnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili oil
  • 2 to 3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 3.5 oz (100 gram) Snow peas strings removed
  • 0.5 oz (10 gram) Ginger shredded
  • 0.5 oz (10 gram) Winter bamboo shoots sliced
  • 0.5 oz (10 gram) Baby carrots cut into halves
  • 1.5 oz (50 gram) Baby corn sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat a wok.

  2. Add groundnut oil to it.

  3. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and ginger and sauté until the garlic is slightly browned.

  4. Then add all the vegetables and stir it for 2 minutes.

  5. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and chili oil.

  6. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

SERVE
  1. Serve hot on a plate and make a delightful appetizer.
