Ingredients
  • 1 Canned salmon
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Onions chopped
  • ½ cup Seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, drain and reserve the water from the canned salmon and keep the salmon in a different tray.

  2. In another bowl mix egg, onion, breadcrumbs, and salmon together.

  3. Then give a shape into patties.

  4. NOTE

    If the mixture is too dry to form into patties, add reserved liquid from salmon.

  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

  6. Now place the patties in a pan.

  7. Fry it and let it brown on each side, turning gently.

SERVE
  1. The patties are ready. Drain on paper towel and serve it hot.

  1. These salmon patties are delicious for breakfast or as an appetizer and it has a lovely blend of salmon and spices; almost creamy interior and a crispy coating. If desired, serve it with Tomato Ketchup, Coriander Dip or Mayonnaise Dip on the side. Even you can squeeze some lemon juice over it and make your patties a great recipe.
