Ingredients
  • 1 lb (455 g) Pizza dough
  • Flour
  • 4 oz (115 g) Salami
  • 4 pieces Baby spinach
  • 6 oz (170 g) Provolone sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Heat microwave oven to 375° F or 190° C.

  2. Now line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12 by 15-inch rectangular shape.

  4. Top the dough with the salami, spinach, and provolone cheese.

  5. Starting from one of the long ends, lightly roll up the pizza dough to make a ring and press to seal.

  6. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Brush with the oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

  9. SERVE

    Take it out from the oven and place it on a tray; serve it hot for better taste.
