Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup Raspberries pureed strained
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 oz (85 grams) Cream cheese
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl whisk cream cheese until it is smooth.

  2. Then add sugar and continue whisking until combined.

  3. Then whisk in raspberries followed by cream and milk until fully incorporated.

  4. Pour the mixture into ice maker and process it according to manufacturer instruction.

  5. When it is made, chill it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

SERVE
  1. Serve the ice cream in a bowl or in a biscuit cone and start licking it.
