Ingredients
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Green onions chopped
  • ½ cup seeded English hothouse cucumber chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Grounded coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon Grounded cumin
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk it, if you want you can blend in a mixer grinder too.

  2. Season to taste with salt.

  3. Then chill it by covering the lid of the bowl in the freezer.

  4. Now the raita is ready to serve.
