- 1 cup Half and half
- 2 tablespoon Diced jalapenos
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 1 lb (450 gram) White cheese
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper
- 1 pinch Chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a double boiler, on low heat add the cheese and some of the half and half.
Now stir until cheese begins to melt.
You can add half and half according to your desired consistency.
Add diced jalapenos to the mixture.
Then add the spices starting from cumin, then black pepper, red pepper, a pinch of chili powder, salt and stir it until it becomes bit thickened.
