Ingredients
  • 1 Nutmeg big size
  • 0.1 oz (2.5 g) Mace
  • 0.1 oz (2.5 g) White cumin
  • 0.1 oz (2.5 g) White pepper
  • 0.1 oz (2.5 g) Big green cardamom
  • 0.1 oz (2.5 g) Cinnamon
  • 0.1 oz (2.5 g) Cloves
Instructions
  1. Firstly, put a pan over a medium-low heat and add the above ingredients.

  2. Toast them by stirring them occasionally till they change their color slightly.

  3. NOTE

    Be careful not to burn them.

  4. Now take a blender and put the toasted ingredients in the blender and blend them to a fine powder or you can powder them by using mortar and pestle.

OUR PANTRY
  1. Once done, let it cool slightly. Then pour it into a glass container and use it according to your recipe. This masala has a very strong aroma which will spice up your dish. Not only in pulao, you can even use this masala in any kind of Indian Mutton recipes to enhance the flavor.
