Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 16 Pork potstickers frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Reduced soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 3 medium size Carrots
  • 2 Bell peppers 1 red & 1 yellow
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1 medium size Red onion
  • ¼ Green cabbage medium size
  • 3 oz (85 g) Frozen peas
  • Sesame seeds toasted
Instructions
  1. Add 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet and heat on medium-high.

  2. Add the potstickers and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.

  3. Add 2 tablespoon water to the skillet, cover it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the water has evaporated and the potstickers are heated thoroughly.

  4. Now in a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey and then set aside.

  5. Meanwhile, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  6. Add the carrots, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger and cook for 5 minutes, tossing occasionally.

  7. Add the onion, cabbage, and frozen peas and cook about 2 minutes, tossing occasionally until the vegetables are just tender.

  8. Now while serving divide the vegetables and potstickers among bowls and drizzle with the soy sauce and honey mixture.

  9. SERVE

    Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired and serve.
