Ingredients
  • 2 lb (900 gram) Russet potatoes cut into ¼ inch slices
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper for seasoning
  • Pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • Coarse salt for seasoning
  • Vegetable oil cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Firstly preheat the oven to 400° F or 200° C.

  2. Now lightly coat two baking sheets with cooking spray and keep it aside.

  3. Toss them very well to coat them evenly.

  4. Now in a prepared baking sheet, arrange the potato slices; ¼th inch apart from each other.

  5. Bake rotating sheet, halfway through for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are crisp and golden.

  6. Once done spread out the potatoes of parchment paper and let it dry for 5 minutes.

SERVE
  1. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper (if desired) and start munching.
