- 1 ½ lb (450 gram) Potatoes peeled
- 1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
- 1 ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 2 medium Celery stalks chopped
- 4 Hard boil egg chopped
In a saucepan place the potatoes and add enough water to it.
Cover the lid by simmering the flame and boil for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potato turns tender.
Then drain the water and let it stand until cool enough to handle.
Now cut the potatoes into cubes.
Then in a bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix it well.
Add the potatoes, celery, and onions and toss them.
Then add the eggs and stir it once.
Cover it with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to make the flavors blend and chill.
Take it out from the refrigerator and serve a bowlful of creamy potato salad.
