Pico de Gallo
In this summer, the healthiest way to eat is to have a bowlful of salad. Pico de Gallo which is also known as Salsa Fresca is fresh and is made up of lots of fresh vegetables which will give a spiky appearance and also great taste. I love to prepare Pico de Gallo as it is a raw sauce with full of ingredients.

- 4 to 6 Plum tomatoes diced
- 2 Jalapeno peppers minced
- ½ cup Onion finely diced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Garlic clove
- ½ cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
Take a bowl and marinated the onion and garlic in lime juice.
Now add salt, stir it and set it aside for few minutes.
Then add the jalapenos to the onions.
Add the tomatoes to it.
Lastly, add the cilantro and give a gentle stir.
Now adjust the seasoning by adding salt or more lime juice.
Then cover it with a plastic wrap and let it rest for few hours in the refrigerator.
The pico de gallo is ready to serve.
