Ingredients
  • 1 piece Chicken breasts slice it horizontally
  • Crushed pepper as per taste
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • Olive / white oil to fry
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breast horizontally.

  2. Now put it in a ziplock bag and hell it with a hammer.

  3. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice and keep it for 30 minutes in a refrigerator.

  4. After taking out from the refrigerator bring it to the room temperature.

  5. Now for pan frying those chicken breast pieces; cook the chicken in oil, skin side down for about 10 minutes or until light brown on all sides.

  6. Reduce heat to low.

  7. Turn chicken side up and follow the same procedure.

  8. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes until juice of chicken is clear.

  9. SERVE

    Now serve it on a palate on a tissue paper to soak the excess oil from the chicken pieces.
