- 10 Gooseberries Indian amla
- 4 teaspoon Honey
- 4 cups Water
- A few sprigs of Mint leaves chopped
- 2 pinches Freshly ground peppers
Cut the gooseberry and grind it well with 1 cup of water.
Then filter the juice in a glass.
Now add honey, freshly chopped mint leaves and the pepper and mix it well.
Then add the remaining water.
Pour it into tall glasses and serve chilled.
