Today I am presenting an original recipe for the mustard sauce. It’s simple and tasty sauce to serve with your side dishes to enhance the taste. It tastes just like the one we get in a restaurant.

- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon White sugar
- 1⁄3 cup White vinegar
- 9 teaspoon Mustard powder
- 7 teaspoon Salted butter
- 3 teaspoon Flour
- 1 cup Hot water
- 6 teaspoon Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Red chili pepper optional
Melt the butter and stir in the flour.
Mix well and cook very gently without browning.
Add water and stir till it thickened.
Now in a separate bowl mix mustard in vinegar, add salt, red chili pepper, and sugar.
Then add the mixture in the flour and stir it well.
Remove it from the flame, cool it and store the sauce in a jar.
This mustard sauce is great served hot with a range of dishes. I like it with Steamed Vegetables or chilled veggies and spread on Deli Meats. It’s a tasty condiment on its own.
