Ingredients
  • 1 Pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 spring Onions chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic chopped
  • 5 oz (150 g) Mushroom sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • Few sprigs Thyme
FOR ASSEMBLING
  • 3 fl oz (100 ml) Tomato puree
  • 2 oz (60 g) Mozzarella cheese grated
Instructions
  1. Take a round pan with tall sides.

  2. Line it with parchment paper so that it comes up over the surface of the pan.

  3. Now place the pizza crust at the bottom of the pan.

  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions and garlic.

  5. Add mushroom and sauté further.

  6. Season it with salt and pepper.

  7. Once cool add the parmesan cheese and thyme.

  8. Now warm the tomato puree and spread a spoonful of it on the pizza crust.

  9. Then place the layer of mushroom mixture on top.

  10. Bake it for 20 minutes at 200⁰ F or 95⁰ C.

  11. After it completes, brush it with olive oil.

  12. Then pour the mozzarella cheese over to it.

  13. Once it is done, remove the pizza from the pan by pull up on the paper.

  14. Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before using a knife to cut slices.

SERVE
  1. Enjoy the cheesy bite on your couch.
