This will be greatly beneficial for all of us. Being a diet conscious, I love to prepare varieties of salads at home and keep my family members healthy.

- 1 cup Capsicum cubes
- 2 cups Cucumber cubes
- ½ cub Boiled potato cubes
- ½ cup Celery finely chopped
- ½ cup Low-fat curd
- ½ cup Tomato cubes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup Onion chopped
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon Green chili chopped
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients.
The add the curd for dressing and toss them very well.
Once they are mixed, serve immediately.
It’s a low-fat salad recipe, delicately flavored with curd and delightful combination of fresh vegetables. They are very much filling and help you to detoxify. If you don’t like the taste of raw onion then you can skip it by adding watermelon cubes. Go green, keep greenery and stay healthy.
