Mixed Berries with Yogurt Smoothie
Berries are my all-time favorite. I love to add them to my dishes ideally. So here am preparing a smoothie, it’s so refreshing and satisfies our meal. I’m quite of a fitness freak, so this drink helps me a lot to remain skinny. So, is there anyone who does not bother about calories? Do check it.
Berries are my all-time favorite. I love to add them to my dishes ideally. So here am preparing a smoothie, it’s so refreshing and satisfies our meal.
- 8 oz (225 gram) Frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
- 6 oz (175 gram) Strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened cashew milk
In a blender add all the berries, yogurt and about ½ cup milk and blend on high power.
Then drizzle in remaining milk, as needed until you get desired smoothie texture and consistency.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
This smoothie always gives an impressive tasting result. You can refrigerate this smoothie in a freezer safe glass for up to 1 month. Its plus point is that you didn’t need to add sugar to the smoothie because of the naturally sweet fruits; so it is naturally sweetened. Am sure you will love it.
