- 1 bunch Mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander chopped
- Large pot of Natural yogurt
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
In a blender put all the ingredients.
Whiz up until well mixed.
Then transfer to a bowl and chill in the freezer.
Bring it out and let it out for 30 minutes, then serve or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
This dip is an ideal match for Cheese Corn Balls, Toasted Triangles, Nacho Chips or with your desired main course and side dish. It is a perfect way to get a restaurant-style serve.
