Ingredients
  • 5 oz (150 gram) White chocolate
  • 5 oz (150 gram) Dark chocolate ganache
  • 5 to 6 Chocolate chips cookies
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • ½ cup Fresh cream
Instructions
  1. Place cookies in a ziplock bag and crush with rolling pin.

  2. Then transfer it to a bowl.

  3. Now add butter and mix well.

  4. Transfer the mixture into a mini cake mold and press lightly.

  5. Now refrigerate it.

  6. Now chop the white chocolate and transfer it to another bowl.

  7. In a non-stick pan, heat cream till it boils.

  8. Add this to the white chocolate and mix well till the chocolate melts.

  9. After it comes to room temperature, refrigerate for 3 to 4 minutes.

  10. Now fill a piping bag with the Dark Chocolate Ganache and pipe out over the cookie layer after taking out from the refrigerator and level it out.

  11. Then pour the white chocolate ganache over the dark chocolate layer.

  12. Now place the leveled dark chocolate layer over the leveled cookie layer and tap lightly.

  13. Refrigerate it for 5 to 6 hours.

SERVE
  1. Now, de-mold it and cut into wedges and serve it.
