Minced Lamb Pastry
Minced Lamb Pastry

When I first visited Istanbul for a vacation, I got introduced to this recipe by one of the Turkish friend Elbella. After knowing this from her, I have fallen in love with it for its elegant spicy flavor. It also looks unique which is not common in India as Indian only thinks pastry as a dessert. So if you haven’t tried, you also will be in a hallucination.
