In my kitchen, pasta and noodles are prepared very often. And I love to do experiments with different types of pasta. Rather having gravy pasta every day, today I have turned it off and so I have planned to make a pie that also with pasta. I had it once and that time I really loved it. So, let’s c whether I can really prepare it or not.
Rather having gravy pasta every day, today I have turned it off and so I have planned to make a pie that also with pasta.
- 4 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 cups Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 32 oz (900 gram) Elbow macaroni
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Firstly preheat the oven to 350° F or 175° C.
Now boil a pot of lightly salted water.
Then add the macaroni and boil it for 8 to 10 minutes or until well al dente.
Now in a bowl, beat the eggs and add milk and mix it.
Into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Pour the half of the boiled macaroni.
Now cover the macaroni with half of the cheese.
Pour again the remaining macaroni into the baking dish and cover with the remaining cheese.
Then pour the egg mixture over the macaroni and season it with salt.
Once it’s ready, bake in the preheated oven for an hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
The hot, easy, macaroni pie is ready to get served and feel the cheesy texture of it inside your mouth.
It’s a cheesy pie recipe that also with macaroni which is sufficient to fill up your tummy. It has a crusty top and cheesy inside. This recipe brings my family members together and celebrates the key of togetherness.
