Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Firm tofu cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Corn flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 tablespoon Ginger peeled and grated
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix together the soy sauce and grated ginger.

  2. Marinate the tofu pieces in the mixture for 30 minutes.

  3. NOTE

    The longer you marinate the tofu, the more flavorful it will be.

  4. Coat each piece of tofu with corn flour.

  5. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu pieces for 4 to 5 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

  6. Transfer them on a paper napkin to get rid of excess oil.

SERVE
