It is my mom’s most favorite dip. She usually prepares this dip at home in a matter of a minute. It is quick healthy creamy dip which goes great with vegetables or crackers. I am also a great fan of it.

It is my mom’s most favorite dip. She usually prepares this dip at home in a matter of a minute. It is quick healthy creamy dip which goes great with vegetables or crackers. I am also a great fan of it.

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves Garlic medium size
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Minced green onion white and light green parts only
  • 3 tablespoon Flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl whisk all ingredients together.

  2. Adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper as per taste.

  3. Herb yogurt dip is ready to serve.

  4. Cover and refrigerate and enjoy having it within 3 to 4 days.

  5. OUR PANTRY

    It is basically served with fresh vegetables, Chips, Pita Bread or Crackers. This dip is delicious and tastier.
