Ingredients
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 5 Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 lb (900 gram) Jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ teaspoon Ground mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh tarragon minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley minced
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and mix together chopped green onions, then garlic powder and ground mustard.

  2. Then add the jumbo shrimp.

  3. Toss them to combine and season it with salt and pepper.

  4. Keep it aside for about 20 minutes.

  5. Now heat a skillet by adding ½ cup butter over medium-high heat.

  6. Add the shrimp mixture to it.

  7. Cook and stir-fry for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.

  8. Then add the lemon juice and stir in herbs.

SERVE
  1. When it is done, transfer to a clean bowl and serve hot.
