Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Green onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried tarragon
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ cup Cooked chicken cubed
  • ½ teaspoon Celery seed
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs.

  2. Now add onion, parsley, salt, tarragon, and pepper to it and mix it thoroughly.

  3. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

  4. Add egg mixture to it.

  5. As egg sets, lift the edges; letting uncooked portion flow underneath.

  6. Sprinkle with Cooked Chicken and celery seed.

  7. When egg sets, remove it from the heat.

  8. SERVE

    Fold the omelet in half and serve it.
