To him, shrimp looks very sexy as it has a dynamic figure with a twist and turns and so he loves to discover and try out different recipes with sexy shrimps. Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 gram) Large shrimp peeled and de-veined
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Canola oil or olive oil
  • 12 Green curly leaf lettuce
  • Chili oil for drizzling
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for serving
FOR MAKING SERRANO MINT SAUCE
  • 1 cup Mint leaves plus more for garnishing
  • 2 Serrano chilies chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1-inch piece Fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup White wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
FOR PREPARING THE SERRANO MINT SAUCE
  1. Place all the serrano mint sauce ingredients except salt in a blender and blend it until smooth.

  2. Then pour it into a bowl and season it with salt and keep it aside.

NOW FOR PREPARING GRILLED SHRIMP WITH SERRANO MINT SAUCE
  1. First, preheat the grill to medium-high.

  2. Now in a large bowl toss the shrimp in oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Then grill the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until just cooked through.
  4. NOTE

    Be careful not to overcook the shrimp or else they will be tough and rubbery.

  5. Now remove them from the grill.

  6. Place about 3 shrimps in each lettuce leaf and drizzle with serrano mint sauce and with little chili oil, if desired.

  7. Now sprinkle with few cilantro leaves.

SERVE
  1. Roll up the lettuce leaf and eat immediately.
