Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh rosemary chopped
  • ¼ cup Oregano chopped
  • 2 lb (900 gram) Chicken wings
  • 4 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix garlic, oregano, rosemary and season it with salt and pepper.

  2. Then place the chicken wings and toss it with the ingredients so that it turn to coat.

  3. Cover it with a plastic wrap and chill it at least for 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Now prepare the grill with medium heat.

  5. Remove the wings from the marinade and place it on the grill rack.

  6. Grill them by covering and turning occasionally until golden brown and crisp, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
SERVE
  1. When it is done, take out from the grill and place it in a dish and serve hot.
