Ingredients
  • 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 lb (450 gram) Chicken thighs skinless and boneless
  • 1 Medium onion cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds coarsely crushed
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • ½ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Avocados sliced
FOR SERVING
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs
  • Radish slice
  • Lime wedges
Instructions
  1. In a medium-high heat, prepare the grill.

  2. Then in a bowl toss garlic, chicken, cumin, onion, oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Now grill the onion and chicken until cooked through and lightly charred, for about 4 minutes on each side.

  4. Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

SERVE
  1. Now serve this grilled chicken with Tortillas, avocados, Salsa, radishes, cilantro and lime wedges.
