Grilled Chicken Taco
When I first Austin, I realized that it is the only place in the world where I can find the best tacos. And if we are talking about breakfast, I think tacos are the best for a healthy startup. There are many dishes which I can make with tacos and from Austin, I discovered the making of taco and I became fond of it.

- 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 lb (450 gram) Chicken thighs skinless and boneless
- 1 Medium onion cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds coarsely crushed
- 8 Corn tortillas
- ½ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Avocados sliced
- Fresh cilantro sprigs
- Radish slice
- Lime wedges
In a medium-high heat, prepare the grill.
Then in a bowl toss garlic, chicken, cumin, onion, oil, salt, and pepper.
Now grill the onion and chicken until cooked through and lightly charred, for about 4 minutes on each side.
Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
It’s a fast weeknight preparation with chicken and herbs which definitely will win everyone’s heart. This is a freaking, amazing taco recipe which will make you avocado-ooooh yeah!!!
