Good morning friends. Since I’m alone at home, I need to prepare some stuff for myself. Wondering what to do, I entered my kitchen and found some raw chicken in my refrigerator. Seeing that I decided of preparing a grilled chicken sandwich for my breakfast today. So, let’s have grilling fun.

Good morning friends. Since I’m alone at home, I need to prepare some stuff for myself. Wondering what to do, I entered my kitchen and found some raw chicken in my refrigerator. Seeing that I decided of preparing a grilled chicken sandwich for my breakfast today. So, let’s have grilling fun.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Boiled chicken shredded
  • 4 Brown bread slices
  • 4 White bread slices
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Tomato ketchup
  • Few Lettuce leaves
  • 3 medium Boiled potatoes sliced
  • 4 Cheese slices
FOR SERVING
  • 1.7 oz (50 gram) Potato Wafers
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
Instructions
  1. In a bowl take the shredded chicken.

  2. Add salt, pepper powder, ½ cup mayonnaise and mix well.

  3. Now add the grated cheese, Tomato Ketchup, torn lettuce and mix it.

  4. Then take a white bread slice and spread some chicken mix.

  5. Place the potato slices and sprinkle salt and pepper powder.

  6. Apply little mayonnaise on another slice of white bread and place it over the potato slices.

  7. Now take a brown bread slice, spread some chicken mixture and place a cheese slice over it.

  8. Then apply some mayonnaise on another slice of brown bread and place it over the cheese slice.

  9. Now grill the sandwich applying mayonnaise on outside of the sandwich.

  10. Prepare the remaining sandwiches in the same way.

SERVE
  1. Your grilled chicken sandwich is ready to serve with tomato slices, cucumber slices, and Potato Wafers.

  1. Finally, I prepared my breakfast and it is ready for a yummy big bite. It seems very creamy, cheesy and the combination of chicken makes it yummy. Prepare it and witness the taste.
