I have arranged a gathering today in my sunny garden with my BFFs and I am planning to serve some heavy main course and starters. Green chili coriander dip will be a great compliment to my cooked Grilled Fish and Roasted Chicken. I have very less time in my hand, so let’s quickly begin.
Green chili coriander dip will be a great compliment to my cooked Grilled Fish and Roasted Chicken.
- 1 handful of Fresh coriander
- 1 to 2 Fresh green chilies if you like you can add more
- 1 Lime
- 1 pot Natural yogurt
Chop the coriander and chilies into small-medium pieces.
Now add the coriander, chili, squeeze the lime and the natural yogurt into a blender.
Blend them until you have a good consistency and relatively smooth.
Your dip is read. You could also add some avocado to the dip before serving to give it a guacamole twist.
This dip goes perfectly with curries and poppadoms. It can be chilled in the fridge for days to keep it fresh.
