I just love to have lemonade, especially during summer time. It refreshes my throat, gives me energy and the essential boost to work in this scorching summer. I avoid having the readymade juices which are available in the market and my best option is trying various lemonade recipes and fill my refrigerator with a jug of lemonade.

Ingredients
  • 2 Lemons sliced
  • 4 cups Lemon juice
  • 14 slices Fresh ginger roots
  • 4 quarts Water
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan add sugar, water and ginger roots.

  2. Now heat to boil it.

  3. Stir it and then remove it from heat.

  4. Then add the lemon juice and cool it for 15 minutes.

  5. Once done, remove the ginger and refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour or until it is chilled.

SERVE
  1. Once chilled, serve it over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
