Funky Fried Chicken
Last night I was having a video chat with Suzzana, my old school buddy who is now residing in Chicago, USA. While having the chat, I saw Suzzana with a basket full of fried chicken. By seeing it I was totally lost and felt jealous. Interrupting the chat, I quickly noted down the recipe and I couldn’t resist any longer preparing it.

- 3 lb (1.35 kg) Chicken boneless, cut into pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1-quart Vegetable oil for frying
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper and paprika and roll in flour.
Now add ½ to ¾ inch oil to a large heavy skillet.
Heat the oil well and place the chicken pieces in the hot oil.
Cover and fry until golden, turning once; for 15 to 20 minutes.
When it is done drain on paper towel.
Funky fried chicken is ready for a munching bite.
Finally, I made it! Next time when I will have a video chat with Suzzana, I will make her feel jealous by flaunt my own prepared funky fried chicken. You can also prepare it at your home easily and awestruck your close ones. You can assert with any kind of your desired Dip or simply munch it.
