Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 gram) Chicken breast boneless; skin removed
  • 2 teaspoon Cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ground mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Flour
  • Paprika for serving
  • Mustard sauce for serving
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. In a Bowl, add sugar, mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar and mix them very well.

  2. Now cover it with a lead and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

  3. Then cut the chicken into thin 3 X 1 inch strips.

  4. Season it with salt and keep it aside.

  5. Now take three separate shallow dishes and in each separate dishes add flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

  6. Then take the chicken strips and firstly coat the chicken pieces with flour and shake off the excess.

  7. Next, dip the chicken strips into the egg.

  8. Finally, coat it with bread crumbs and keep it aside.

  9. Now in a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil.

  10. When the oil turns hot, fry the chicken strips in batches, turning ones during cooking until they turn golden brown.

  11. Once done, drain it on a paper towel.

SERVE
  1. The hot fried chicken strips are ready to serve. Sprinkle the paprika and as a condiment serve the Honey Mustard Sauce.
