Ingredients
  • 4 White sandwich roll
FOR SPICY MAYO AND SLAW
  • 1 clove Garlic finely grated
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Louisiana-style hot pepper sauce
  • ½ of Small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Jalapeno thinly sliced
  • 4 cups Red cabbage thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Bread and butter pickle slices
  • ¼ cup Pickle juice
FOR FRIED CHICKEN
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Grounded black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 28 oz (800 gram) Skinless – boneless chicken breast halved crosswise
  • Peanut oil or vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
  • A deep-fry thermometer
Instructions
FOR PREPARING SPICY MAYO AND FLAW
  1. Mix garlic, mayonnaise and Hot Pepper Sauce in a small bowl.

  2. Cover it with lid and refrigerate it for chilling.

  3. Now toss onion, jalapeno, red cabbage and Pickle Slices in a large bowl.

  4. Mix it, cover it with a lid and chill it.

FOR PREPARING FRIED CHICKEN
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk flour, pepper, and ½ teaspoon salt.

  2. In another shallow bowl pour buttermilk.

  3. Dredge 1 piece of chicken at a time in flour mixture.

  4. Shake off the excess flour.

  5. Now dip in buttermilk allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.

  6. Dredge again in flour mixture and shake off excess flour.

  7. Now in a large heavy skillet to a depth of ½ inch, pour oil.

  8. Now prop deep-fry thermometer in oil so that bulb is submerged.

  9. Heat over medium heat until thermometer register 350° F or 170° C.

  10. Now fry each chicken piece in it until golden brown and cooked through, for about 3 minutes per side.

  11. Then transfer it to a wire rack set inside a baking sheet and season with salt.

FOR PREPARING SANDWICH ROLLS
  1. Now spread cut sides of sandwich rolls with butter.

  2. Heat another large skillet over medium heat.

  3. In batches, cook rolls buttered side down until browned and crisp, for about 1 minute; your sandwich rolls are ready.

  4. Now spread the spicy mayo on white sandwich rolls.

  5. Then make sandwiches with rolls, chicken and cabbage flaw.

SERVE
  1. The sandwich is ready, have a big bite and cherish it.

OUR DINE TABLE
  1. This sandwich is very spicy and also has a healthy dose. Slaw, mayonnaise, and chicken add extra flavor to it. This sandwich can be paired with any desired Dip or Cold Beverages. I personally prefer to have it with French Fries and Potato Chips.
