Ingredients
FOR OMELETTE
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon Olive / white oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly grounded peppercorns to taste
FOR THE MASALA VEGETABLE
  • ¼ cup Onions finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red and yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Mushrooms finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red tomatoes finely chopped
  • ½ cup Green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Olive / white oil
Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and green chilies for 1 minute.

  2. Add the tomatoes and cook again.

  3. Now keep it aside.

  4. Then beat the egg whites by a beater until the mixture is thick and frothy.

  5. Heat the oil in a 10-inch pan.

  6. Add the beaten egg and cook for a few minutes; check with a spatula to see whether the bottom of the egg is done.

  7. Then add the cooked vegetables in the center of the omelet.

  8. Fold the omelet in half.

  9. SERVE

    Sprinkle fresh pepper on top and serve hot.
