If you are craving for any hot, crispy, fried fish recipe, so here is the one delicious Indian fish appetizer which is wrapped in beaten eggs. The crispy shell of it will force you to start munching. Ingredients
  • 8 Fish fillets barramundi, basa or cod
  • 7 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 2 Green chilies minced
  • 4 cups Water
Instructions
  1. Wash the fillets properly.

  2. Then soak the fish in lemon juice, salt and 4 cups of water, for 10 minutes.

  3. Once done, drain the liquid and pat dry.

  4. Now in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, minced green chili, mustard powder and black pepper.

  5. Mix them very well.

  6. Now marinate the fish in it for 1 hour.

  7. Meanwhile, take a bowl and beat the egg, corn flour and breadcrumbs.

  8. Mix them very well with little oil.

  9. Now in a pan heat oil and add 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture.

  10. As soon as it becomes fluffy, add the marinated fish fillets and quickly cover it with the egg mixture.

  11. Fry it on a low heat until it turns golden brown.

SERVE
  1. When it is done, transfer to a plate and serve the hot crispy fish kabiraji along with Mustard Sauce and Green Salad.
