I still remember when I was a Kid, for having a chocolate I used to do all my home task from cleaning the floor to finishing the homework just to please my mom for having a chocolate as a gift. Ingredients
  • 8 oz (225 gram) Dark chocolate
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Unsalted butter
  • 2 ¾ cup Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a bowl put the chocolate chips.

  2. Now in a saucepan, bring the cream to boil over medium heat.

  3. Just before the cream comes to full boil, pour the cream into the chocolate chips and immediately start whisking until it is smooth.

  4. Then add the butter and stir it until shiny and smooth.

  5. Now place plastic wrap directly over the surface of the bowl and let it stand overnight to room temperature to cool.

  1. The dark chocolate ganache is ready for instant use or even you can store it in the refrigerator by covering for up to 3 weeks. This chocolate ganache has amazing usage for making Truffles, layer cake and even for glazing. After all, it is just about cream and chocolate.
