Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoon Coconut milk yogurt
  • 6.75 fl oz (200 ml) Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ground sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Ground flax seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 oz (120 gram) Frozen mango chunks
Instructions
  1. Take a blender and add all the ingredients in it.

  2. Blend it until it turns smooth and creamy.

SERVE
  1. Once done, pour it into two tumblers and garnish it with any fruit of your choice or with frozen mango chunks.
