Shrimp are most popular kind of seafood and no wonder when they are prepared perfectly, they turn out sweet and flavorful. I’m a great fan of shrimps and I love to prepare dishes with this sexy fish. Today my choice is something very garlicky and buttery which will turn out to be perfect for parties, especially cocktail ones. So if you are a party freak and have a soft corner for shrimp, trying is compulsory.

Shrimp are most popular kind of seafood and no wonder when they are prepared perfectly, they turn out sweet and flavorful. I’m a great fan of shrimps and I love to prepare dishes with this sexy fish. Today my choice is something very garlicky and buttery which will turn out to be perfect for parties, especially cocktail ones. Ingredients
  • Cooking spray
  • 36 Large Shrimps peeled and deveined
  • 4 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted walnut oil or olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh flat parsley chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Coat a skillet with cooking spray.

  2. Then arrange the shrimp in a single layer, in that skillet.

  3. Turn on the fire on low flame and cook the shrimps for 8 minutes, without turning.

  4. Now increase the heat to medium-low and cook for another 2 minutes or until the edges of shrimps turns orange.

  5. Turn the shrimps over and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimps turn orange on bottom edges.

  6. Then place the shrimp in a large bowl.

  7. Now again heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add oil, swirl to coat.

  8. Add shrimps and sauté it for 45 seconds and turn off the heat.

  9. Now add garlic, toss it to coat.

  10. Then add butter, lemon juice, and parsley.

  11. Toss them again to coat.

  12. Lastly, season it with salt.

SERVE
  1. The hot garlicky – buttery shrimp is ready to décor on a palate.

  1. It’s a very easy yet flavorful dish. The shrimp turns out to be a crispy – tender in texture and is ideal for date night cocktail parties. This recipe is one of the favorites of my BF. Even I love to use them in many recipes because it’s so damn good.
