- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Finely grounded black pepper to taste
- 1 lb (450 gram) Leftover chicken or fresh chicken boneless cut into pieces
- ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350⁰ F or 175⁰ C.
Now in a bowl stir the mayonnaise, garlic, rosemary, salt and black pepper together.
Then place the chicken pieces into 9 X 13 inch baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and top it with parmesan cheese.
Bake it until the juices are out and the chicken is no longer pink in the middle; for about 1 hour 10 minutes.
Your chicken is ready for combining with other dishes.
